WHAT IS SUPERVISION

Super-vision is a process of reflection, insight and support, it enhances the view of what is happening within the depth of a problematic, it brings insights and elegance to your work, it deepens and transform state of being at work.

Supervision gives a relief in a safe, reflective space in which to explore the work, the stress, the dysfunctional patterns on various aspect of your work.

Supervision is a process of awareness through observation, analysis and reflection on origins of patterns and mechanisms,

Through skilled dialogue, creative interventions in the supervision session, it is a space in which to reflect on and deepen all areas of a practice and work. In all of this, supervision will be enabling to become more self-aware and to learn how to use that awareness in service of their work. . This will create natural changes coming from new perspectives where intuitive datas will be coming from liberating significant unconscious processes.

Supervision often refer to the relief of having time and space to think about particular aspects of one’s work and especially to think/reflect with a trusted supervisor who will microscopically explore practice with them and contribute to their understanding. This support enables to contain and resolve some of the most challenging work issues.
